Welcome to Focusly. By downloading, installing, or accessing the Focusly application (the "App"), developed by MindNest Apps ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be governed by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Focusly is a gamified productivity application combining a Pomodoro Focus Timer, Task Manager, Habit Tracker, and Daily Planner. The application operates primarily offline. All tasks, streaks, times, and focus coin collections are computed locally inside your personal system's database.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, design systems, illustrations, visual frameworks, copywriting, brand marks, and features of Focusly are owned by MindNest Apps. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or monetize any portion of our intellectual assets without explicit written permission.

4. Local Storage and Data Safety

Because Focusly stores all transaction logs, habits, and focus metrics locally on your hardware, we cannot recover or transfer your information if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged. You are responsible for executing periodic exports of your data using the Backup & Restore functionality in settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Focusly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall MindNest Apps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including database corruptions or loss of streaks.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify access to our applications, including download distributions on storefronts like the Google Play Store, at our discretion, without prior notice or liability.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
